Return and Refund Policy

• All one of a kind custom pieces are previewed before shipping & are not returnable.
• Return requests must be received within 5 days of receipt of item.
• If you receive the wrong item contact customer service within 5 days of receipt of item with a photo & description.
• Customer will be responsible for shipping return costs for any items ordered in error by customer.
• All refunds will be credited to your account for further purchases
• Customer is encouraged to obtain carrier insurance for items ordered as we will not be liable for items damaged in transit.
